The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.The staff members made certain that we had everything we needed.
Not sure how they function but we ordered a big amount of pastries from them for a Christmas party I was hosting at a price they had on their weekly menu for delivery. Upon delivering one hour before the function started, the gave me the bill with a 50% markup. The poor delivery guy was trying to work it out with his peers to solve the mistake and after a good half hour of us waiting for a solution, they said sorry the mistake is in the Printing and you need to pay as the bill mentions. Obviously we couldn’t accept as we ordered according to their menu prices so they ended up taking back the food. In case you are reading this Gio, proper customer service means you accept YOUR mistake and you come up with a solution that satisfies your customer. Anyway, although being an old loyal customer, I’m never ordering again from you. Good luck with business.
