Arts is a seasonal place that is open every winter. It has an amazing top view of Dbayye area. It offers lounge music with a bit of commercial mixed into it.The place is a bit dim and crowded. I thought it would be bigger and brighter which bummed me out a bit as soon as I arrived because I had the wrong nice image about the place. As for the food, we shared a variety of platters:-Yuzu Marinated Salmon: I love Salmon but this plate was a bit dry to me.-Grilled Shrimp with Turnip Leaves: This was basic yet good.-Teriyaki Beef in Toasted Bao: I like Bao bread wasn’t the biggest fan of combining it with Beef Teriyaki.-Swordfish Carpaccio: It was an added plate to the table. Didn’t really do anything.-Mini Burgers with Rocket Parmesan and Balsamic Glaze: The burgers were really juicy and tasty.-Mushroom Risotto: I love both Mushrooms and Risottos and the combination of them both on this plate was life.-Four Cheese Raviolli with Pesto Sauce: I had mixed feelings about this plate but they were more towards the negative. The Raviolli wasn’t well cooked.I’m indifferent about this place. I like their Summer version place a bit more. But I still think it’s a great concept, with a great location.

I really like this place. It’s cosy, has an nice ambiance and appearance. The music is nice. The food and drinks are very tasty and creative. The menu also is very various with a mirrory appearance. The prices are a bit high but worth the experience. It’s very classy. The service is great and the waiters are very friendy.
