There is a spacious indoors room with the saj located outside. When I arrived they were making fresh saj bread, and decided to take some with me.I also took with me a zaatar and cheese manakish. The dough was good, yet it was a bit thicker than a regular saj, and one of the manakish was slightly burnt. The cheese was good and tasty, the thyme was good but it had a slight bitter taste.
