How nice and unique is this arrangement of a variety of sweets? It has chocolate either with dates or nuts or several things. They actually really taste good and special. What I loved the most was the look of the box. It can be used in eid or if you want to take something to someone’s house after iftar.
I had a conferance for 2 days .. i was really disappointed with the food The only thing that was good is the dessert and the morning breakfast .The waiters were so unprofessional , very slow service and not presentable. Therefore one of them dropped a bread on the floor than took it back and put it in the serving dish .. a big disaster The presentation of the food was beautiful .But about the taste ,The main course and the salad weren’t tasty at all . They smelled weird , the fish and the meat weren’t well cooked than they should be , the sauce was disgusting. Very poor flavours, some dishes were very salty and some others lacked from salt. I didnt find any balance between the flavours.Many of the people sitting in our table didn’t finish their dishes .I guess some serious work should be done

We had a conference and had a lunch at the Diyafah restaurant. The food was very well presented, we were served the Salmon appetizer dish which was excellent to say the least and steak and chicken platter with vegetables, both tasted amazing and juicy with a great sauce to go with them not to mention the beautiful dessert display. Great service and food!
We were staying at the hotel and got the chance to try their breakfast as delivered in the room as well as at the buffet. The one delivered to the room was a lebanese breakfast with a nice selection of cheeses, labne, foul, mana2eesh etc.. they were delicious. However when it comes to the buffet, you can find all those items plus the hot dishes. We did not enjoy the omlette at all and while it is cooked on the spot, they did not cook it to our order. All in all the buffet should be improved and be well maintained especially at such a hotel.
I had an event which took place at Al Diyafah.The team was friendly and the service was good.The salmon was delicious and the chicken was good as well.
Attended a special Iftar with the Moroccan ambassador to Lebanon. The food was obviously Moroccan, to celebrate the relationship between both countries.I liked the beetroot and orange salad, served with a sweet dressing and crusted walnuts as a garnish.We were then served a vermicelli covered pie, stuffed with sweet nuts, chicken and spices. The combination is entirely wrong, weird when it hits your buds and definitely not what you’d expect when the dish first lays weight on your table!
