Up on the 31st is a nice restaurant with a view on all the city. The setting is lovely with candles and petals decorating the table. The menu doesn’t have a lot of variety and prices are a little expensive compared to the portions served. We had chicken and a beef platters and a cheese with orange salad. Food is delicious. Recommended for a romantic evening.
