I passed by to day to grab a sayyadieh meal on the go, I entered the restaurant and the waiter/cashier took the order and asked me if it’s take away, I replied yes. I waited 45 minutes while he’s trying to convince me every 15 minutes that the order needs two minutes. He has no value of time and when the order was done after 45 minutes he gave me the order and wanted to give me the money at the same time, thinking that when I wanted to cancel the order after 40 minutes the problem was that I want my money back not my time. Worst customer service ever and I wish I know his name. He’s short somehow bold with a mustache. And BTW saida has the worst customer service in regards to the hospitality.

W fi sha8le lafatet entebahe eno yale bysht8lo bl kitchen d2non tawele ! Eno 3l alele krmel l nadafe tkon asira y3ne. Anyway, I don’t think i will come back again.
