Passing by saida you will find tens of shops that sell oriental sweets so it’s a matter of luck to find a good one. This shop was clean and tidy and the service was friendly. I took away a box of baklewa, jazriye and petit four. Nothing was super tasty and unique they were plain average. The baklewa did not have enough ater so tasted dry and old. The petit four was my favorite.
Its truely dreamy. I come specialy to saida to eat there. love its originality especialy the dimesiyi which joins arabic sweet concept with the healthy components of chia, oats molasses and honey yumm
I was leaving saida a couple of days ago and passes by helm el helo sweets i ordered knefe. It was one of the worst knefe I’ve ever tasted. To be honest the kaake was good without the empty handle from the bottom. But the cheese was horrible iam sure not pure cheese and i am pretty sure I’ve tasted sahlab in it.In order for such place to compete in that area knowing that it’s surrounded by sweet shops the chef should work harder on the quality of ingredients.
