I didn’t like this place. The service was very slow. I ordered Chocolate cake and frozen lemonade. Lemonade was good but the cake was very bad.
First impression:In love with design, good greeting and vibes!Placed our order:Apple arguile2 moka shakes (supposedly shakes with blended icecream)1 minted lemonadeService:20 mins for the drinks to comeThe drinks arrive they look greatThe moka shakes have absolutely no ice-cream (just cold coffee- nescafe)Half full with a lot of whipped cream on top garnished with nescafe bits!Asking for the check:Check came in 30 seconds6500 L.L for extra cream (not stated on menu, nor mentioned by the waiter) for half a drink!Guys if I knew that you charged 3250 for adding cream I wouldn’t have added cream and I would have had a full cup instead! Also, please edit your menu I was expecting something creamy and I got regular coffee with extra charged cream (over priced whipped cream) I really don’t recommend this place!
It’s a good cafe located in Le Mall.The food is not bad,but the service is bad.The waiters have no idea about the ethics of hosting.But for sure it could be enhanced
Not a bad café in le mall saida..I only ordered a drink and a shisha .. The minted lemonade was okay and the shisha was good !! The prices are very affordable..the ambiance is nice and calm !! The customer service is a bit slow because it Lacked staff members !! Oh !, and the one guy helping us was not focused !!
Very nice cafe.. great shisha and very friendly team! Free and fast wifi is available as well.The food is always in large portions and it is very tasty.I simply love to be there for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
