We were spending the day at Tripoli and we asked where can we find the best halawet el je en in town so many people guided us to Tom. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately the place didn’t look very fresh and clean. We had a variety of many Lebanese sweets and we were kind of disappointed. It wasn’t that bad but certainly not the best. Just average or a bit below that to be honest. We preferred halawit el riz, halawit el jeben which is their specialty wasn’t that rich in taste.
