The chocolate flavor of this merry cream is delicious however the vanilla one is nasty and tastes like pure sugar and water. The size of a large one is the same size of a small one the only difference is the cone.
My parents always bought icecream to me and my sisters whenever we came to Lebanon for summer vacation when I was young. This place reminds me of my childhood and of the amazing yummy ice cream taste that is still exactly the same since years ago. The pistachio mchakkal is my favorite. Prices are very low as well.
a pleasant place with a second floor terrace overlooking part of the sea. The ice cream we ordered was good in general. The chocolate mo had much cream, but it didn’t have any type of nuts. The regular ice cream scoops were good as well, especially the vanilla.
Balha are overrated. We passed by after our trip to Tripoli because their ice cream had been recommended. As we were ordering our ice-cream, the cashier asked if we wanted to sit upstairs. Naturally, we said yes. Obviously, we were not aware that prices upstairs were 50% higher. The Ashta ice-cream itself was average. It’s only strength was the abundance of pistachios on the ashta. There are better ice-creams out there that you can have.
This is a 3.5 stars review.This is a place worth visiting anytime you’re at Al Mina. There’s no diversity in the flavours to choose from, but it’s all fresh and tasty.Today we tried their kashta cone with pistachios and it was good. The prices are fair.
My latest discovery in Al Mina area. We ordered their famous Ashta with pistachio icecream, such a delightful treat! Very elastic, very stretchy, bursting with flavor, with the right amount of sweetness, and generously covered with pistachios.Definitly coming back for more!
100% natural and made daily fresh. It’s high quality product. Very very delicious. No artificial ingredients nor artificial flavourings. Yummy in my tummy
