I hate the place never tried the food , i called once and booked a table to watch football they said yeess ofcourse we screen the game with a very fancy tone i came to watch and they said sorry we dont put football the staff are weirds and booking service sucks .
the service is really really really bad , once when i went there they mixed up our orders and then another time i went there they also mixed up our orders but this time was all of them , we also asked for a bottle of ketchup as the one they gave us was empty , we waited for like 15 mins and when we told the waiter again she brought us back the same empty bottle and usually the food is good but one time when i went with my friends the food was really bad as the chicken had no flavor and the beef bacon was very chewy other than that when we wait for the check we wait for agesss they could leave us there for 2 hours if they could but we always end up going up to them and giving the check to the guy behind the cashier by our hands!! also as we were leaving the waiters once asked us how was our service? we just smiled back and they told us we know we suck and then they laughed. fix this please as the food is good but last time it wasn’t #disappointed #fixthis
A decent restaurant that serves good food items at reasonable prices, optimal hygiene, prompt and punctual service . The staff is also highly professional and friendly.
The food is delicious restaurant need maintenance table menue and wall even curtain wall i feel like it will fall on us.The accident that happened let my visit be tge last one , in the lift some poster about offer of shisha and drink with 10000 and pizza 50% off so we ordered 1 pizza and hookah when we finished our pizza i ordered drink of the offre they have so the waiter didnt know how to behave and asked other one i was shocked by his answer that they had type the order without offre when i asked but i am still here and i didnt pay they were confused .
Nice location with a beautiful view The atmosphere is great yet the food isn’t that delicious Tried the fajita it was delicious and the seasoning was delicious everything about the fajita was perfect but the chicken crispy are not good at all The chicken is red ok the inside and they are red on the inside also I wouldn’t recommend u trying the chicken crispy unless ur luck would be better than mineThey are very generous with the portion of french fries and they’re good Service must be better. Waiters take too long yo answer you and to pay attention to ur table Hoping they would develop themselves because they have a beautiful place with a beautiful view
