The place is good and the lahm baajin ans the knefeh bi ashta are so delicious but the foul and fateh could be better and nothing special about it. The price are a bit expensive for tripoli
During our visit to tripoli we tried hallab. A big place, very clean, well organized and old ambiance. We ordered lahem bil ajeen, cheese knefe, znoud el sit and mafroukeh. Great presentation with an amazing taste. And we didn’t forget to bring as takeaway some halawet al jeben rolled. My only remark: the staff should be more friendly. Don’t miss to visit this place when you visit tripoli.
I was in tripoli yesterday, and my friend order croissant, and Lahm B3ajeen.Delivery was fast.I am totally in love, Lahm b3ajeen is my weakness.I can not go to tripoli without passing by Hallab
A must visit when in Tripoli!! Everyone calls it “Kasr El Helou”.All you can imagine from lebanese desserts, they have it and they excel in it!! Start with a lahm b3ajin, add some debes remmen on top of it and enjoy. Then have the knefe, wether cheese or ashta both are equally good. I also recommend the halawet el jeben. Amazing food, amazing desserts. It is the place to go to when in Tripoli!!
