It was my first time at al shams and it was a great experience. The staff were so nice, friendly, and helpful. The service was fast, the ambience was crowded, and the food was so tasty and delicious. They are so generous they gave us falafel and juice for free.
I ordered from shams this month, and the food was delivered to my home on time, the prices are acceptable however the food is less than average, the fries were cold and the chicken is not that yummy
Tried it today, the stafff are friendly, the place has a nice vibe, concerning the food:- The complimentary Falafel they gave us to try, were good but abit too salty.- The crispy platter was okay, the colselow was tasty, the hummus and toum were fine, the fries were crispy, but the chicken was flavorless, it needed more seasoning, the crust had no flavor, and the chicken is not tender.-The broasted chicken platter also same problem, the crust of the chicken has no flavor.-The grilled chicken platter (msa7ab) was good, but chicken average.- The grilled chicken ( on the rotating grill), was good and tender, the rice that comes with it is buttery and flavorfull.- The berek jebna were good, they are filled with cheese goodness.-At the end were given complimentary frozen lemonade it was refreshing but too sugary.My only concern is using too much plastic, for example the cups for the water. I hope the environment is taken into more consideration
The taste is excellent and the quality of the food as well. But the delivery service is so weak that the order takes more than an hour and a half and this got several times and the phone operator is not honest.
