Visited Cave de Ksara with some tourists who were visiting Lebanon for the first time..I am going to talk on behalf of them, they enjoyed the tour there, the staff is so professional, the food in their restaurant was great fresh ingredients and very exiquisite taste. Definitely recommended if you are visiting the Bekaa region and you are looking for a touristic places up there!
Bad food asked for a well done steak had to give it back 3 times and it was still very rare and the vegetables that came with it were too raw (tres petite portion btw)
The chateau ksara is one the must try places when you are in zahle. The welcome is good and the staff are friendly. The wine tasting is a must and the tour is one of the best. The food selection is small with limited options but the food is good. The salad bar need more fresh ingredients. The salmon platter was good and the cheese platter also. Must try

A very interesting place to visit, the cave is wow, there is a bar where you can taste the wine and in the shop you can find a variety of ksara products. The staff is very friendly. A parking is available.
Went to Chateau Ksara with some friends. Ordered salad bar and cheese. The plates were absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Recommend this place.
