It’s a very joyful moment for me when I visit this patisserie , it reminds me of my childhood all still the same traditional sweets that I like. The pitifour they make is very soft and signature I must take everytime I visit zahle. And their cakes are very good in taste. Not to forget their chocolates and candies. Prices are reasonable.Very recommended .
This patisserie is very famous for Kaaek b Halib ( which literally translates to: milk cookies). These delicacies are some of Zahle famous treats. If you are visiting the area make sure to grab some from le Doyen. Their Kaaek b Halib are of a perfect size, not chewy nor hard to bite, the ingredients are in perfect harmony and the sugar content is balanced.
