Went for a business meeting, the owner was extremely friendly and guided us through the menu. The food was excellent, the salmon was fresh and chicken was perfectly cooked
To be honest, this place jumped from a 2 to a 4. At first, the place got this reputation that it was expensive, the portions were not enough and the waiters were not professional. But since this place opened it gradually shifted and became even better. I tried this place with family members and friends and I expected to be a bit disappointed but I wasn’t. The food was really good, from the salmon to the poulet a la Kiev to nearly everything that was served. The portions were big and a platter would easily feed 2 people making it fit for families. The ambiance was great, the owner greeted us with lots of respect and professionalism and was very friendly. The only thing that this place needs is a bit more professionalism for the waiters, other than that this place is great. Great for families and get together.

Amazing experience. This restaurant is quite fantastic. All the waiters are very polite and friendly. The environment is calm and peaceful. A great restaurant.
Went there on a Saturday night, the place is well designed and too spacious. Ambiance is nice, waiters are friendly and service was fast !Took the Salade a l’ancienne, the entrecote grillée and steak sauce au poivre. Everything was delicious and would recommend it !
What can I say, one of the worst restaurants I have been to and such horrible management! We were excited to try this place but what a disappointment from the food to the service to the owner and his horrible attitude with customers. We ordered a greek salad as an appetizer, main courses pasta dish and a steak platter. Our salad had arrived with our meals, so we asked them to hold our meals for a few minutes until we ate our salad, since none of their servers knew the proper way to clear a table before bringing the food, they were putting the main dishes on top of the existing platters. The main courses came out, the steak platter had 4 different starches (sides: rice, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, french fries, a salad) the steak was unedible, tough and burnt. We figured they are new it will take a few months, when the owner came over and asked for our feedback I asked him if I could be honest or he would be offended since ive been in the food industry for 15 years. He said of course, I advised our appetizer came with the meals, he replied thats how its served in France. Then I pointed out that the main course already came with a salad, so theirs no need for me to have to wait for my salad(appetizer) to be served with my entree. Again, he advised he knows his business so very politely I told him it happens to the best of us, it takes a few months to settle and not to stress. He then calls his chef to ask me about the steak which half was left in the platter, I told him noone asked me how I would like it cooked and therefore it came burnt. He claims his chef was overseas for years, but in fact he worked at a small catering company in the Bekaa. As we were leaving he started cussing at us, and telling us Zahle people don’t know how to eat and don’t appreciate what he brought to town. If Zahle people stay this way he will turn it into a rug shop get 4 beautiful ladies and smoke cigars all day! Well buddy, I must say im glad everytime I pass by your place its empty, since we know at least 5 people who have had similar incidents. I recommend you take an anger management course, and really consider hiring a professional company to teach you how to run your business!
