After arriving from a long trip to Zahle some kaak b halib (Zehlewi way) and erben with coconut and raisins would be a good treat.The kaak b halib tastes so good when fresh and if properly stored could last a long time, so you can take some back home (I’m writing this review after one week of my visit).The erben is good tasting, fresh, and not chewy.
