We were visiting Lebanon to do the Baptism of our daughter, we went to Patisserie Passion Zahle to order a cake, i showed to the owner of the shop the design of the cake that i want, he told us it would cost US$ 200 for the 2 tier cake for having too many details and needs a lot of work, we gave him all the details and sent him the photo of the cake that i want. My husband went back there on the day of the baptism to pickup the cake and we were shocked!!! It was totally different design and it was plain! Nothing like the picture that i sent. I couldn’t do anything anymore but just to get the cake he made because there was no time anymore to order another cake from a different shop. They should have not accept our order from the beginning if they don’t know how to follow what we agreed on. We were so disappointed and i sent a personal message to the shop but they didn’t even bother to apologize. What a terrible experience and i hope that no one will ever go to this shop not to feel what we felt today. #PatisseriePassionZahle #Cakes #WorstDessertShop #Zahle #Lebanon
