5 well deservedLaiterie Massaabki has been there for generationsIts a family owned business that serves the best dairy products for breakfastI love the goat labnih balls in olive oil its so rich with flavor and that perfect degree of sournessVery fresh veggies (tomatoes cucumber olives ) placed in sandwicharichy w 3assal sandwich is the best you can get and dripping with honeyTheir markouk bread is so easy on the stomach and by far the best in the areaSandwiches are generously filled and they wrap in the sandwich paper and then a small plastic bag so you dont drip on your cloth which is perfectHalloum. Baladieh cheese. In vacuumed bags are superb and they last all through our 3 hour drive (we keep a small cooler in z car as we never know when its needed)Prices extremely pocket friendly

Obviously one of the best in the regionStopped by Laiterie Massabki while on the way to the valley and had a perfect breakfast. We ordered labne sandwiches and ended up having ariché and honey on a very sweet note. The place is authentically very old dating back to the beginning of nineties and managed by the same family from grandfather to grandson.Taste of sandwiches here is just perfect; specifically, their markouk bread is much better than some others in the region . The place is more suitable for families away from crowded buses and waves of tourists jumping-in in hundreds. That’s one place to RECOMMEND if you want to have a calm breakfast made from the best local dairy products of the region terroir.Prices are VERY pocket friendly and service is swift. gsnreviews.wordpress.com

A must try place for breakfast or diner. Delicious markouk sandwiches are made by a lovely and welcoming old man. I recommend the markouk with labneh and vegetables, it was so tasty.

A place to visit if you are in Chtoura. They have delicious sandwiches for breakfast or dinner. I suggest you to try labne with vegetables and ariche with honey. The honey is so tasty with the freshly ariche! You can even order hot drinks.
