The service is very slow! The toilets were very dirty with a really bad smell. I ordered crispies platter. The chicken was undercooked! The prices are fair but you should be more carefull!
Last thing I wanted to have for lunch is an extra long hair in my dish. Management were so rude that they didn’t even apologize for the low hygiene standards. Service is slow, waited 10 mins to get my fork and knife. My chicken burger meat was so smelly, which made me leave my dish as it is. My friends’ tawouk was brown chicken thigh meat without any flavors added. Chicken ceasar salad’s dressing was a mix of lemon/ garlic/ and mayo in the Lebanese style. So it doesn’t look like the original recipe. It was my first time at el mirador and will absolutely be the last. One of my worst experiences.
A good place to chill after a long trip, with a great view. But the food was not as expected. The cheese burger is tasty but isnt filled and rich at all. The crispy platter is good, but too much mayo in the salad, the fries are not fried as it is in the picture, the crispy are good but too much pepper.
