We visited this place for a sunday lunch but the experience was terrible. The alcohol (whiskey) was of a bad quality even though we ordered the most expensive formula with premium bar. We had to go buy our own alcohol and they didn’t deducte the alcohol’s price. The food wasn’t tasty at all and lacked any taste. Fatouch was tasty though to be fair. The service is really bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
For a Family Sunday Lunch, au pere loup restaurant is the perfect place to go!! You will enjoy its wonderful, peaceful ambiance and its friendly waiters. We have started by ordering delicious cold Lebanese mezza such as labneh, hommos, jebjob, mtabbal, white cheese, wara2 3enab ate3 and artichoke. They were delicious and tasty. Then we have ordered fries, batata b kezebra and mouajanet. They were all well presented and amazingly tasted. You will enjoy its crispy fries and crispy cheese rolls. For the sanbousik, its my favorite, so yummy and mouthwatering.Then we have ordered some hot mezza like sawda, soujouk, hommos with meat, ras 3asfour, m2ane2 machwiyi and jwene7. The chicken wings were the best with their sauce. All hot mezza were flavorful and fantastic. They were well presented in small pottery dishes and heavenly tasted. Also, we have tried their kebbeh nayeh and khachbet la7meh nayyeh. For row meat lovers, this is your destination. Freshly row meat are best served and tasted in this restaurant.After all the above we have tried their mashewe platter. The pic says it all. Well tasted and perfectly presented!! To end up our meal, the restaurant served us a pig pit of Ehden Seasonal fruits with some Biscuits and raha and some Halaweh!! A perfect way to end your lunch and of course not to forget the turkish coffee!!Overall It was a nice experience that we highly recommend you to try it. The owners are always present and always welcome you in such a good way. The food is delicious and also this restaurant have a nice Chimney so feel free to visit it in many upcoming cold nights!!
We loved the place nice atmosphere quite and cozy the starters were tastyyy, the grilled meat tasted more li charcoal than meat :/ I recommend this place for family lunches, it’s kid friendly.
The water flowing in the restaurant brings back some great memories from the nineties. Au père Loup’s kitchen maintained its quality with generous portions and delicious nayyeh(raw kebbeh), a must try! The hosts are so welcoming and keep checking on you making sure everything is going great. The music played goes well with the theme of a Lebanese restaurant, it’s neither loud nor quiet allowing u to enjoy it while being able to talk to the people around you.
With a beautiful location and decor, we thought that Au Pere Loup’s servings and food would meet that expectation. However, it was such a poor experience starting with the kind if stale bread and nuts. The waiters are neither that experienced not professional especially that the place that day was crowded. It is better visited with family than with friends. We ordered just the basic Lebanese dishes and they were below average. Really disappointed with the atmosphere as well. Would definitely never go there again.
Great restaurant with nice indoors and outdoors. Been there on numerous occasions and everytime the same positive experience: very friendly owners and staff, delicious Lebanese food and mezza, great prices and quick service. A great place to try
