Don’t let appearances fool you—high quality food . This place is perfect for groups or a casual date night.Just a note to thank you and your staff for a very lovely evening – the food was exceptional and the service was excellent. All of us thoroughly enjoyed it and there wasn’t a single complaint. We will make sure we plan our next “do” there again.
Honestly speaking, the overall experience is not that good. Firstly, there are only two waiters, although the restaurant is quite big. Secondly, some little problems are not taken care of like the water drops coming from the ceiling onto the main door. Finally, the kitchen is so slow to make food, it took them about 45 minutes to make a simple chicken burger. Moreover, my friend ordered a pizza, after about 30 minutes, they came back and told him that they cannot do the pizza today, he had to wait again to get something new from the menu.
I was extremely disappointed with the bad service i encountered. The food was 35 mns late and then after it came the waiter noticed me that they don’t have what i ordered. When i tried to talk to him he completely ingnored what i said. (just for notice that he was the only waiter serving the tables in the restaurant). There was a girl at first who took the order and i tried to call her many times before she came. And no apology was presented by them. After i ordered the second time the food came quickly but my friend did not get his food that he ordered in the first place. Food is average. Very unprofessional staff. I do not recommend it.
