Culinary delights from the Alps. From Malbun. From Liechtenstein. Thats the credo of our Executive Chef, Michael Spirk. During the Alpine summer, we obtain milk, cheese and yogurt from nearby Alp Pradamee. We purchase fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs and tender meat from selected agricultural and organic farms in Liechtenstein. All our fish is sourced from rivers and lakes within the region. And for seafood treats, Michael Spirk can rely on tips from his network of anglers and fishermen. Michael Spirk knows what lovers of fine food want. After completing his apprenticeship as a chef, he gained experience at various prestigious hotels and restaurants under top chefs such as Heinz Winkler and Christian Petz, among others. Together with his team, Michael Spirk prepares traditional fine dining options in a distinctive and yet unmistakable manner. A further mouth-watering temptation are the sweet surprises created by our Patissire, Christine Schimpf. We know you will be delighted.
