Not too far from our hotel we found this comfortable little taverna. Very friendly and inexpensive, stopped here every day for a drink and a light lunch.
slow service, and waitress keeps hiding for 30min! few friends joined us for 30-45min, nobody took an eye on our table. food very average, and small portion (pizza, spagheti)
We stopped in the restaurant around midday and even though breakfast were till 12 they were willing to cook an omelette from breakfast menu. Waiter as super friendly and nice. Apple pie just astonishing and melting in the mouth!
Best stop for breakfast, Italian way – bruschetta, mozzarella, dried tomatoes, good espresso, awesome view of the main street of Kaunas.
