Perhaps inspired by the history, perhaps will become history. M. K. Ciurlionis Art and Vytautas Magnus War museums accepted "Rojalis" restaurant into their honorable company. Not only accepted injected the sensation of delicate taste, swaying of the music sounds and sprinkled culinary experiences with both Lithuanian and worlds history crumbles. The restaurant emerged in January of 2017 and it could be proudly said that all of the expectations for Rojalis were fully developed, as the main idea was to bring the garden of Vytautas Magnus War museum back to life. Past owners and new Rojalis owner discussed future plans on how the new restaurant could be reborn in such a historic location of Kaunas. Back in the early 30s the same venue was used as one of the most popular ice-cream and milkshake bar in all of the city. Because of its location it was easily accessible for students, professors, various other workers and town guests. The new owner wanted and has successfully combined the old traditions and modern atmosphere of Rojalis with live performances, cosy patio and extraordinary European cuisine. The creation of these new traditions allowed the restaurant to become one of the few places in Kaunas were visitors can enjoy gourmet meals while listening to instrumental music, performed on a stage near the patio. M. K. Ciurlionis Art museum and Vytautas Magnus War museum are one of the oldest museums in Lithuania. There is no surprise that the history of Lithuanian evolution and art are significant until this day both to Lithuanians and visitors of Lithuania. "Rojalis" is located just alongside the Vytautas Magnus War museum, gives the opportunity not only to pamper your taste buds or listen to live music played by the restaurants piano. Its also pleasant to observe the rhythm of the tireless city or catch the sun rays on the outside terrace. The terrace overlooks the beautiful yard of the museum. Not too far ahead you can see the Unity Square with its distinguished monuments. "Rojalis" makes exquisite quality food with a superb vicinity of Kaunas. "Rojalis" combines music, art and history into a mouth watering and cosy culinary trip if you want to travel, just go beyond the threshold of the restaurant.
