The philosophy behind Time is inspired by contemporary Nordic cuisine. We base all of our recipes on those ideas. The ingredients and flavours come from nearby farms, gardens, forests and lakes.Our restaurant TIME serves meals prepared by our chefs with extra special cozy care. Restaurant Time, was started by Egidijus Lapinskas, rated as one of the best chefs in Lithuania, and sommelier Arminas Daraseviius.
