Since 1936, Ho Seng Kee (HSK) has always been a Nostalgic Flavour in Johor Bahru (JB) for over 81 years. It has served across three to four generations of Johoreans and Singaporeans. Our Homemade Noodle are Freshly Made on Daily Basis, using In-House Traditional Formula. HSK has always upheld on Quality Standard of its Egg Noodle. It's 100% Egg Based (Duck Eggs and Chicken Eggs) and only Top Quality High Protein (over 13%) Wheat Flour are used. There are No Added Coloring nor Preservatives. As only Low Volume of Lye Water is added, there isn't any noticeable Bitter Taste. The Founder - Mr. Ho Seng (Full name: Ho Seng Kao) came from Mai Yuan Village in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province of Southern China. He settled in JB, before WWII, in search for a better living. Started Humbly as a Wantan Mee mobile Push-Cart along Jalan Siu Nam, HSK's founding year was an Unsung Story. However, it was later authenticated by Malaysia's Mainstream Chinese Press, Sin Chew Daily.
