The Ice-Cream Project main focus is on ice-cream as the name suggests. We have a small team who churns ice-cream a-la-minute using liquid nitrogen. We take pride in using only fresh ingredients. All our ice-cream are home-made. We have a limited menu of flavours to keep track of quality control. We will be expanding our flavours in the near future, so keep a look out! Also we would like to spread the movement of clearing up after yourselves. We hope we can all play a part in forming a gracious society.
