Malay cuisine is as interesting as the people. At Melayu Malay Cuisine Restaurant, we promote Malay delicacies from a simple stir-fry dishes to the authentically-prepared giving flavorful dishes from spices, local herbs and curries. These are inspired from the Malay community with diverse historical heritage, influences from the Indonesian, Indian, and Chinese cooking styles.
