It’s our neighbourhood comfort food restaurant. There’s no doubt the char siew, roast duck and roast pork are amazing. So are their homemade Cantonese soup, vegetables, tofu, meat rolls, eggs dishes, clay pot dishes, yam ring, etc. To us, tne most important feature is the old man and his daughter who are operating the old shophouse restaurant. Warm hospitality and great home cooked foods.
Just wow!! This has got to be the best charsiew I have ever tasted! However I think we should have requested for lesser fatty meat. We also ordered sweet & sour pork, and that was very good as well! The pork was very crisp and very satisfying. Pricing is very reasonable too! Only drawback is it may be hard to find parking in front of the shop. Will be back again.
