Ambience was good. Food was so-so. Service was terrible. An obvious display of disrespect towards customers when waiters quarrel with one another in front of customers and bangs food on table when serving customers. So rude. It was a horrible experience.
If you want have a great food, definitely here is not a right place. Food were overpriced, service below standard. The only great is the environment. Cheers !
Be careful when you make a reservation at The Brycg, as they will push your reservation to The Deck.Had the worst dinner here. Service was really bad, the waiter had the wrong orders three times, and tried to blame it on us. He did not even repeat the order to us after we placed the order. Can’t even serve the simplest order which was ice water. Can you imagine?Food was really bad and overpriced. The only thing that was acceptable was the ambience. The rest are below zero. Will never come to this place ever again.
