Most EXPENSIVE Chinese food for the TINIEST portion in this area! The place is airconed and quite with only few customers. The food is actually decent but the portion is HELL SMALL and for the price you’re paying, might as well go to other stores nearby. Honestly, this place is WAYYYY overpriced!! The owner gave RM10 voucher for next visit knowing about our complaint but who wants to come back again?
If there’s one thing I’m particular about, it’ll be restaurants serving food that is from an entirely different location. Klang and Ipoh to be specific since that’s one of the few rare places that I can proudly proclaim that I know well about. As such, I entered Ipoh Kitchen feeling a bit skeptical. What I did like is how they turned up the old school charm by using antique (style) low lights to illuminate the place. The wooden chair and marble top tables transport you back in time. Yup, this is how Ipoh was like before hipsterism took over in the past decade.
