Read good reviews about Maria’s steak and i knew i had to try it. Went with my partner for our steak dinner date and couldn’t have chosen any better place. The staffs were attentive eventho they looked worn out. Everything was delish and it has to be one of the best steaks i’ve eaten.
Terrible. Not recommended. Wouldnt even give 1 star if possible.1. Restaurant was practically empty when we arrived. At that time we wondered why, now we know why.2. We ordered the Wagyu but was told they only have 310grams available. That means the price on the menu of Rm 87 something is only for 100g. Sauce was terrible! Seriously the sauce spoilt the meal. Wagyu medium well done taste was good, but definately not worth the price we paid as nothing extraordinary. Vegetables served was tasteless without much flavoring.3. We also ordered the Aglio Olio Seafood but when it came, it looked like 1/3 of what it looked like in the menu. No bread, seafood was 1/3 the size, looked very plain without much taste. So dont expect it to be the same as the menu.See the photos attached.
ONE OF THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER TASTED EVER! Attended a colleague’s birthday dinner here. Most of them had chicken or seafood, and I think there were only 2 of us who had steak. To my surprise, it was really good. It’s difficult to get a parking slot here. Better use grab to come here.
Cosy environment for dinner. Nicely cooked wagyu steak. Their selection of red wines was a bit too dry for my liking, perhaps you could bring your own wine. But there’s a corkage charge for sure
