Decent cakes, terrible service.We used a Fave voucher and we specifically called to indicate we wanted to pick it up at Atria but lo and behold, they told us our cake was only available at Bangsar. We needed the cake pretty desperately so we agreed to go to Bangsar. But as everyone knows, parking at Bangsar is a nightmare and we were rushing so we told them, GET THE CAKE READY.I run down to go pick up the cake. There were 4 employees behind the counter and 1 customer so when I tried to ask them for the cake, they simply ran around and 1. served me the wrong cake 2. were chatting away and when I tried to tell an employee that I was rushing, the employee snapped at me and said can’t I see they were busy. There was 1 customer. LMAO.In the end I got the carrot cake and it was okay. Cake was abit too sweet but decently moist. The cream cheese was okay and the presentation was decent.Overall, the service and communication was atrocious and its safe to say I will never return.

Ordered Egg benedict. Soggy bread from the watery egg. I can taste the strong vinegar taste from the egg. Just eat half portion. The coffee is ok. But this is my second time trying their food. Their pizza also so so. Good portion but tasteless. Good service. Great ambience with kids corner. So the kids can play while the parent enjoying their coffee. Great choice of cake and bread. Please do something with the food.
Food isn’t good. Sandwich is hard to bite and ingredients aren’t that fresh I find this place sad. It’s expensive and not very nice Ambiance is alright
