Most of Malaysians really like ayam penyet because of the spicy sambal, tender chicken and aromatic white rice. This makes the right component for Asian meals.Personally, I really like their spicy sambal, it feels really good in the mouth and not only their chicken but fish are also wonderful, very crunchy.This Javanese culture has won many of Malaysians hearts by serving wonderful meals and not only ayam penyet but Gado Gado, Rawon, Satay, Sayur Asem are one of the examples where food can be enjoyed wholly.
