Been to this place today for lunch. This is conveniently located close to maybank towers and lebuh Ampang where I am staying. This was started recently. I have opted for veg combo which includes biryani, a chapati, one gravy and a sweet. There was a complimentary mint juice which was served as well. Biryani was ok with Raitha being a big let down like all the Indian restaurants in kl. Sweet was good. Chapati was served hot and soft. Mint juice was ok with very less sweetness. Overall it is OK for the price paid. Non vegetarian options are more given that it is a Chettinad style.
Very rude staff. It will spoil your mood and environment. I was asked to pay twice by card and by cash since their ac was not updated in time. Then finally I called the bank to cancel the transaction. The staff was not even willing to talk to the bank he was very arrogant and rude. I am not going there ever again.
It is located on the main road opposite to the Nu Sentral Mall in the Brickfields area. I visited it along with a friend and we ordered Thalappakatti 65 Biryani [21.90 RM], Ceylon Egg Parotha [10.90 RM] and a Coke.The Biryani was very tasty and it consisted of boneless chicken pieces cooked in the Chicken 65 style. The Parotha was also nice with the gravy it came along with and the service was really good.
