Ordered chicken chop for lunch on Tuesday 1pm, but no longer available for the day. Switched to fish and chips, and generally our orders (about 10 of us) took really long time to be served. When mine was served, I got uncooked fish fillets, crispy brown on the outside, raw on the inside. Returned the dish to replace the fish and got a properly cooked dish. Never again
