Been here a few times and the quality in terms of food and service never fails to impress.Price is on the steep side but compared to their premium peers, it is more affordable with immaculate taste and staff service.Beef doneness has been on point so far. The latest addition to the menu is red gum beef – a cross between Angus and Hereford raised in Australia (marbling of 2+). Would recommend this. Had the tenderloin which was lean like how it should be yet tender with a good chew to it.Personal preference for the beef cuts are tenderloin and centre-cut filet mignon. There are also rib eye, sirloin, short ribs, oyster blade and tomahawk. Have tried the sirloin before too and would check out the oyster blade next time.Myriad of choices for the sauce with the waitress typically recommending truffle sauce and cracked Sarawak peppercorn. The béarnaise sauce and Argentinean chimichurri dressing are pretty good as well. Other options include mint and cilantro yoghurt sauce, mustard and freshly grated horseradish etc. That said, I eat my steaks with just a dash of pepper. The seared scallop (with cauliflower puree and poached egg) and lobster bisque are perfect appetizers to go with. For sides, the steak fries are delicious (from Idaho if not mistaken). Wilted brocollini is good too and brocollini is not common (from Australia).Good selection of wine to compliment the steak. The glass options of Malbec and Pinot Noir are good. For non beef eaters, there are lamb chops and seafood such as cod and lobster. Have never tried them but have heard raving reviews about the cod.The staff service is consistently good too – attentive and friendly. They would always introduce the bread types and sauces complimenting it and are at all smiles.

So far, the best western cuisine I’ve had in Malaysia. Everything from the bread to the steak was amazing. The portions were an ideal size and the desert was brilliant. Probably the best service I’ve experienced in a while too. No complaints.
