A good place to have small meals.. A strange thing about this place is that they don’t have a menu !! They just got 4-5 items select from those.. We ordered one dosa and some noodles* .. It was good.. My suggestion would be the chicken which was used in Noodles to be boneless its pretty hard to get that chewing : | Keep Hogging,Sanket / 1tablesp00n

It was really good food. It’s self service and also the pricing is really worth it. Ambience was amazing with really good soft lounge music which pairs well for a perfect Friday lunch with your coworkers. Seating is pretty easy to get and it’s truly one of the cleanest places you’ll find around busy KL!

Restoran Yarl is a simple restaurant in Brickfields serves tasty Tamil dishes from northern Sri Lanka. You must try the clay pots of spicy mutton, chicken and fish peratal (dry curry), squid curry, aubergine sothi (mild curry with coconut milk) and vegetable dishes. Don’t miss the house specialty, crab curry – try a ladle of the sauce if you don’t fancy grappling with claws.

I’m a big fan of Sri Lankan fish curry. As a seafood lover guy always searching for Sri Lankan outlets whenever I stay. KL is a real paradise for foodies for any budget specially for fish & seafood lovers. Frankly speaking, food in Yarl is just average or above average but pocket friendly. There r many better restaurants (taste wise) in KL, many very close to this joint.

Colleagues and friends constantly raved about the Sri Lankan food at Yarl until my ears almost fell apart. A few even praised the pal/milk appam, supposedly the best in town. Yarl I was also told is 1,2,3 up or many-many ups (especially the breakfast morning up!!), previously a stall and now a shop across YMCA field (Jalan Tun Sambathan 3). So, after two months, finally, I agreed to come over with the two friends. Knowing well (Taj Garden) about the massive crawl from Shah Alam/crazy Brickfields parking, we strategized an early start.
