  WORST BUFFET RESTO LOCATED IN KL’s 5star hotel!!!! You ruined my buka puasa mood with my family today!!! I made reservation 2 days in advance for 7pax, but today when i came, they gave us a small table for 4pax and claimed that we didnt make any reservation until we show them our call record and how many minuted that we spoke to the restaurant’s phone number! Secondly, buffet area is too crowded with a narrow space and only managed to take a few piece of “live kebab” and hummus for starter and lightly break my fast. Went to the praying room for Magrib and was hoping for the crowd to slow down after magrib prayers so i can enjoy the buffet in more peace but was surprise when i came back to found out that “whole lamb with rice” is finished! Only left with RICE and LAMB BONES. Requested them to add since i didnt get the chance to have it AT ALL but they said that they wont be able to do so as it will only come out ONCE every day. Then i proceeded to live kebab counter and same thing happened!! Its all finished and they already turn off the kebab thingy. This is around 8pm-ish, not more than 810pm. WHATT??!!!! What kind of “buffet” is serving only MAIN COURSE once in every day? And MAIN COURSES is GONE by 810pm????? Buffet is supposed to be unlimited esp for buka puasa it should stop after 9pm at least! I think they want their customer to take ALL the available food ASAP and ignore magrib praying time. If not, u wont be able to fully enjoy the price ure paying for. Moreover, this is the branch located in KL’s 5star hotel which is JW Marriott. Most of the guests rsvp in advance and they should know how many people they will need to serve on that day. I will never recommend this resto to anybody! PLEASE FULLY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF BUFFET!! Else, you need to lower the price to half if you mean buffet is “limited stock”. We rather order a la carte in that case!!!!

  This was the best dining experience iv had in KL, this restaurant is located in the JW Marriott hotel, opposite the pavilion mall, the place was packed out, they managed to find us a nice table.  i Ordered a fattoush, and hummus for starters followed by a mix grill and lamb chops and a bowl of rice.  The food was above standard, service was great and most of all the price for a 5* meal was better than most in KL.They also serve sheesha.

  Visited this place for a bday dinner .Had pre booked the table , we were guided to our reservation. We ordered the lamb chops, hammos, fatayer etc. •Food was exceptional.•the service is very laidback,major drawback this was. They all looked like they had no interest in attending to their guests. Should be improved. Otherwise we had a great time.

  Had a buka puasa yesterday here with my wife & son. Booked earlier via facebook but my name was not in the reservation list somehow. Thank god it was not full house & the waiter who attended us immediately brought us to the one of the empty table. Food wise – the best arabian food in KL. Cool decor. What a lovely place to chill & buka puasa. I would have rated 5.0 if they did not overlook my reservation.

  Been there so many times becausw of their marvelous Maklouba Lamb (RM35)! Must try! Very big portion. If you’re not used to eat a lot, you may share it with others. Their Mac&Cheese is so-so only. Another must try is their Shisha (RM44)! I never had the bestest shisha in Malaysia like the one in Al-Halabi JW Marriot. So fresh and you could shisha more than 2 hours but the taste is still the same. Service is superb. Very polite waiter/waitress. Here’s a photo of Maklouba Lamb.
