Very nice food in taste, presentation. Price is a bit on the high side, it is a restaurant in a 5 stars hotel. Room decoration is normal, service from serving is the lowest amount all 4 stars and 5 stars hotel in KL area. We have 15 persons in a room, but we didn’t get allocate a service staff in the room. We need to walked in and out to look for staff to refill tea, water. After a short complain before the lunch started, we get a staff to serve us in the room. But this staff is very fresh, and not match to 5 stars hotel standard, low in table serving manner. And definitely has zero knowledge on food and ingredients. I asked about the ingredients of pancakes, been told is lotus or red bean paste, but it is actually avocado in it. We love the food, but not the service, about 4k for a lunch, but service is the worst experience.

I had approached Ezen to help make a dinner reservation for my parents 30th as I wanted it to be a good experience for them. I was in another country and was skeptical about making it happen as it was a very special day. The team not only followed my requests to the T but went beyond expectations in every little thing! My parents were overjoyed and loved every bit of the experience. They have grown up eating Indian food but the chef was happy to customise some of the menu items to suit their tastebuds. They said the entire staff is sweet and dining at five senses was a stunning experience. I could not be more thankful to Ezen and his team for making this special day possible. Thanks guys!

Overall food is good for a halal restaurant. The soup, prawn & vege is good. Cod fish is fresh too. The 3cup chicken is slightly salty so not to my liking. Overall a good meal. Will definitely come back to try other dishes too.

for a halal chinese restaurant, they offer pretty awesome steamboat buffet. I tried two of their soup base – Prawn clear soup and Curry Laksa. Both the soup are rich in flavours, pack with punches and aromatic. Prawn Clear soup have its own unique taste that hits near to great prawn bisque. Can taste prawn shells flavour too. Curry Laksa is not too heavy, yet slight creamy to my liking and just could not stop drinking it.RM 128 nett and every Thursday dinner only

We had lunch – ordered mostly dim sum, but with also ala-carte dishes: stewed tofu and stir fried kai lan. For a halal restaurant, the dim sum is quite okay. What I liked about the dim sum:Good: har kau, siew mai, chicken char siew bun, kai lan stir fry; stew tofuNot quite good:Stir fried radish: quite saltyChee Cheong Fan with scallop: very little scallopEgg tart: a bit dryBut as I said, service is really DISASTER. When we went to the restaurant, there was absolutely no other tables but still after 15 minutes, we had to call the waiter to take our order and ask for tea. Then during the course of the meal, our dirty plates were not changed; empty plates were not cleared (till we asked); empty tea pots were not refilled. Staff were not attentive – did their job only when we called for them. Not really what you would expect from a 5-star photo.
