Bought a double flavor medium cup ended up paying over rm32 for it. In the menu double flavor is 150g onwards but the staff stuffed the cup to the max at 320g!
The customer service was lovely and quick. Staff was helpful in helping me make a decision on what to get. I got the oreo gelato stick, it was delicious but tasted more like just chocolate rather than the oreo flavour and it melted far too quickly, even in an air conditioned mall.
Crap service and ok ice cream in a busy location. Tasted fine but I shouldn’t need to wait 10 minutes to pay for it! Train your staff better!
