The noodle is so good! It does taste similar to what I have tried in Hong Kong! I don’t think I could ever get to eat a bowl of noodle that has this kind of texture at other places..
Their beef tendons and briskets are simply the best, sophisticated flavors and tender bites. Generous portion on meats, noodles are very springy but rather small, however perfect for my low-carb diet. Prawn wantons are also fresh and tasty. Worth a Michelin title.

I found this place by accident. When we came, it was not crowded, but when it was hitting lunch hours, the place was full packed. They have two kind of noodles, flat or thin. I tried the flat one, and it was really tasty and it had perfect texture. I love their wontons and dumpling too. The servers worked fast, kind and friendly. The place was neat and clean.
