My boyfriend and his work colleague took us here. I think meh but I’m not big on Malaysian food. I’ve given a 4 because if you love Malaysian food, this is the spot to go. The downside is the street hawker disabled girls in the electric wheelchairs going up and down the street singing very loudly through their electronic speakers looking for a handout. Very off putting. Sai Woo has wonderful and attentive staff who always are there to provide a high level of service.

Stopped by here for a late night feed after shortly arriving in KL. The place is pumping with people even at 11pm! But the service and taste of food lacks. The wait staff are rude and it seems like it is a series of stall holders who operate under the one menu. As we had to pay for our drinks seperate to the food as it was brought out by someone different. We also didn’t get our change, seems that if you pay with a large bill in KL, they won’t give you any change. So beware of this when paying and also beware of buskers coming up whilst you’re dining asking for money. The food however, did come out very quick and was piping hot and filled the void for us.
