2018.11.6 Was looking for a nice local restaurant and found a cozy friendy restaurant, the staff here is very friendly i didnt know what to eat the staff told us very nicely and kindly what to eat and what it is, we ordered this rice and chicken curry. rice was very new as i have never tasted something like this before. Curry was not my style but overall i think it deserves a 4.
Can’t express how much I love the food here. I had Nasi goreng Kampung and by far its the best I’ve ever tasted. Love the concept of this restaurant that is so Malaysian. Its really a hidden gem in the busy city of KL. Highly recommended!
Sarang was recommended to us by a local so we were excited to try it out, and we’ve been back several times. This hidden gem is tucked away from the busy streets of KL. Christina and her team take great pride in their food and service. The delightful menu is well crafted and inspired by Peranakan, Malay and Indian cultures (the fact that it is MSG free is a bonus). Our meal were simple dishes that were packed full of flavour and fresh local herbs. It is clear that there is a breadth of knowledge and craftsmanship in this kitchen.
