  First time trying Suki-Ya and for me, it worth the price. The miso and kimuchi broth is quite nice & the server was quite efficient. They keep on refill our broth eventhough we didnt ask for it. Just a piece of advise, please come early or you have to wait for long queau as this outlet does not accept reservation.

  We stumbled on this place by pure chance while exploring entire complex. I do not remember many places where you have to wait for long time to be seated. We most certainly did not regret the wait. It was a seriously great experience. Clean, fresh food with good service.

  I ate in this restaurant more than 5 times and never dissapointed. Yesterday, 31/1/19 was my first time to tried this restaurant in 2019 after i travelled all away from Australia. I felt craving of Sukiya and i am so happy with the food i got yesterday. In this restaurant, you can order the meat, chicken and lamb at any amount. On top of that, you can get extra side food which available in their restaurant for free.Just remember, dont waste the food because you might got charge about 15% or 20%.

  Ate here 2x. Disappointed 100%. Very bad service. I called before to make a reservation on the first time but they said there is no reservation policy so i queued up there but there was an empty table under reservation. We asked why they couldn’t give the empty table to customers who come first then the waitress start making a fuss and wanted to give a 2 person table for us 6 person. The supervisor didn’t even bother or care to clear out the situation. They kept the table empty for more than 20 minutes when the queue outside was packed. The problem was this is a buffet restaurant where the time we dine in was limited.

  Food: 6/10Quality of Food: 6.5/10Service: 6/10Cleanliness: 5.5/10Ambience: 6/10Price: ***Total Ratings: 6/10+ Rasa makanannya lumayan enak.+ Kualitas dagingnya lumayan fresh.+ Harga Buffet, All you can eat nya termasuk standard.+ Resto lumayan ramai pengunjung disaat jam makan.- Kebersihan Restoran yang kurang bersih, meja dan lantai yang berminyak, alat2 makan, piring dan mangkok yang kurang bersih.- Letak meja dan jalanan yang lumayan sempit, kurang nyaman bagi yang membawa stroller anak.- Rasa saos yang kurang cocok dilidah saya.- Pelayanan yang kurang senyum ataupun ramah saat melayani pelanggan.- Dagingnya walaupun fresh namun kurang enak rasanya.
