Browsing for the top 10 Bak Kut in town, we order special Bak Kut Teh, Pork Ribs, Three layer Pork, Pork Kindney, Omelet and some veggie. The Bak Kut is a littlebit chewy so it’s makes me a little sad, but the other menu is yummy.The place is full and got indoor seating with aircon, and a big space infront the resto for outdoor seating, service was quick and friendly, very helpfull.
My local friend took us here. It’s authentic Malaysian bak kut teh. It has strong traditional Chinese medicine flavour, I wouldn’t recommend this to western friends who are not big fans of Chinese food. We like both the dry pot and the soup one. The dry one might be liked by Asian and western people, but not the soup one. Volcano bean curd could be better with more flavour. Overall, I like this place, but price is not cheap though it looks like so.

My mom craving for Bakut Teh and she was curious with this famous Bakut Teh, so we decided to visit this place.I had 2 kind of dishes and all of the food were very satisfying. We are used to be not fond of this type of Bakut Teh because we had this kind of Bakut Teh in our hometown and the taste were bad, so we though all of bakut trh has similar taste.I choose Bakut Teh for 2 persons that cost us RM42, but actually it is enough for 3 persons.The pork itself is not smelly at all and it was tender enough in my opinion. My favourite part is pork belly because it wasnt too fattty.I also tried beancurd with shallot (RM 16.90) and it is also tasty. Even if there is not any meat at all, but the beancurd is soft and the sauce is savoury enough.Unfortunaltely their service is my reason why i give 3* although the food itself were great.It was really hard to find seating because it is very crowded. The table is dirty and we need to wait more than 5 minutes for clean up because the plate from customer before us is still there.Then, our food is coming and the waiter didn’t give the spoon for soup. We even asked for several times to several people.And we order 2 cup of drink, but they obky give me 1 cup. We had to ask several waiter & waitress before the waiter give it to me when our meal is almost finished.It makes me tired somehow because it is quite hard even to find a seat.
