Decided to have New Years eve dinner here. What an absolute waste of time. The buffet was so vast but most meals tasted awful. It wasn’t a matter of taste just really badly prepared. If I could I would rate service a 0. Trying to get any service meant getting up and calling a waiter yourself. They would usually say in a minute and you would need to call someone else 20 minutes. My husbands preferred hotel chain in the east is the Westin with the exception of this which was an epic fail.
Went there for their Christmas dinner buffet and location and price was 5 star. Unfortunately food was 4 star and service/staff 3 stars. They had most of the food they listed in the menu. Options like oysters was however missing. Had to ask twice for the drinks list to get it and after I got it no staff to take our order. My first Christmas dinner as an adult without wine! Westin failed to deliver as a brand and this will be our first and only visit there. Prego has never failed us over the last 8 years, so maybe they should go there to learn how to honour the Westin promise.
