Ginjo pork is good! They fried it to perfection where the pork is not dry nor hard to bite.. the fried ebi so so only..chawanmushi texture like tau fu fa but flavour can be improve more..vege can refill, so just ask the staff 🙂 I ordered brown rice instead of white..their brown rice is good, not like our typical brown rice which is dry and not so good texture..would recommend to try the ginjo pork!
