Even back in Manila, Uncle Tetsu is my favorite cheese cake. Texture is soft and taste is really good. Just got disappointed with this branch because the taste is a little bland compared to the previous ones I tried.
A simple sponge cake with cheese flavor which didn’t taste well. The cake is fluffy and etc but this has nothing to do with what we know as cheesecakes. The japanese version is a lot simplified, a lot. At least I can say that I tried it.
